"I ordered a detox green island smoothie which is supposed to have kale and spinach in it but the smoothie that they provided (with a sticker on it saying it was a detox green island smoothie) was completely yellow without a speck of green in it. The smoothie looks more like a sunshine smoothie. This is a big deal to me because the sunshine smoothie has over 100 carbs compared to the drink I ordered which has 46 carbs. Just a warning to anyone trying to be healthy ordering from here they are ignoring your order and giving you a drink with a days worth of carbs in it."

"The drive thru accommodations are lacking. It is too short and causes the roadway to get blocked. So, I went inside. They were more focused on the the drive thru orders and online orders than helping someone standing right in front of them. I finally got my detox island green and all I could taste was ginger. Keep in mind this smoothie has kale, spinach, banana, mango and pineapple in it as well. It had no sweetness to it from the fruit nor sweeteners. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I ended up waiting until I got home to drink it, after I doctored it up. Smh"

"I love tropical smoothie but this location is trash. They're always slow. My final straw was Friday. I got in line at the drive through. There was one blue jeep at the window when I pulled up and a Subaru behind them and I was behind the Subaru. I sat in line 15 minutes and the jeep never finished at the window. The guy behind me left first and I left shortly after. The blue jeep was still there! If it was the customer causing problems tell them to go park and then bring them their food. If it's yall, do better. I won't be back ever."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you are purchasing any smoothie from this Tropical Smoothie location, beware of contaminated water!!! So disgusting, yuck. I usually go through the drive thru but on this particular day, I decided to go inside. To my surprise, as I waited for my smoothie to be made, I witnessed a Tropical Smoothie associate take, what looked to be like an old filthy pump bottle from a garage or something, over to a sink area that had a sign placed above it stating "HAND WASH ONLY'. The associate proceeded to fill up this gallon sized container that had a pump at the top it. Once filled up, she sets this disgusting bacteria filled plastic container on the smoothie counter and then another associate comes over to pump and squirt some contaminated hand wash only tap water into the famous Tropical Smoothie foam cup, in preparation to make a smoothie. I was literally jaw-dropped. I witnessed this with my own eyes and the associates working there were not even hiding the fact that they were filling up a dirty and disgusting contaminated plastic container jug with filthy "HAND WASH ONLY' water from a small sink. I almost threw up after witnessing this. I could literally see the dirt on the bottle, so I made sure I took a picture to share with my fellow humans. Tropical Smoothie, please correct this immediately! Tropical Smoothie Cafe's website states: "Our commitment to responsibly sourced, safe and quality ingredients means more than just delicious food and smoothies; it means we can Inspire Better and spread sunshine all around." This commitment was definitely not exemplified at the TSC location on 11900 Atlantic Blvd and I will not support that type of business practice, or lack there of."
