"I ordered a strawberry Açaí refresher NO fruit fixtures and apple juice instead of Lemonade. My refresher was absolutely nasty with fruit fixtures. The guy who made my drink clearly had other things going on and he definitely put that negative energy into my refresher. All of the employees here seem to be looking at each other sideways so there is no teamwork or trust within the group. I hope that everyone has better days!"

"When I came in there was one person ahead of me. I ordered one drink. There were six employees behind the counter working. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my one drink and the four people that came in and ordered behind me got their drinks before I did and they ordered multiple drinks. One drink should not take 20 minutes when there was only one person ahead of me."
