"Unfortunately I have had a few bad experiences with service here now. I’ve been happy to come back and try again, but I don’t think I’ll do that anymore. Today I ordered 2 box of Joe’s at the window (I have done this before and know it takes a minute to fill up and prep). I was asked to pull forward. I was there early and only one other customer was in line at the time. I sat there for 20min and no one acknowledged me to say anything or to maybe ask me to go park. So instead, the excellent clientele was driving by flipping me off because they felt I was holding up the window behind me. After 20min I parked and went in. Everything was ready and when I told them the experience I was just told “I understand”. I think a more appropriate answer is “I’m sorry in the future we will consider asking you to go ahead and park”. If they had acknowledged me in the window for the 20min I sat there, I would have offered that option because being taunted by customers was not very enjoyable. I don’t blame the employees for client perception, but this isn’t the first time I have been left at a window with my items waiting and no one even looks my way here. Last time I sat staring at my coffee for 10min before I knocked on the window and asked if I could have it."
"Haven't been in this location many times, but it was super busy. Did not matter one bit though, as my order was ready on time and made very well! Team had great attitudes and everyone smiled and welcomed me up to the counter. Kind of surprising because you don't always get that everywhere. Great job overall!"
"Paid for a 6 piece hash brown side, received 1 piece with maybe 3 pieces smashed up in the bag. How does that even happen? Cold and sloppy food. Go to Bartram location instead."
"Went here early in the morning to get some food with a sibling who has a speaking disability. The staff were super friendly and patient with me and her as she was trying to use the kiosk, even helping explain how the Dunkin Donuts app worked with the QR Code membership discount. Great atmosphere too, everyone seemed pretty relaxed and cordial with each other. Also, that was the morning where I learned that I really like their Ham & Swiss Stuffer. Overall a nice place, 9/10 in my book."
