"This place really sucks compared to the San Marco location Just paid for a medium Carmel ribbon crunch with extra ribbon crunch pieces to not get even the “normal” amount and on top of that there is no Carmel on top of my whipped cream and a little tiny drizzle on the side of cup on my large Carmel iced macchiato, This is not the first time either it’s the 4th . Honestly thought this location would be nicer than San Marco but I’ve obviously been proven otherwise"
