"Always a nice experience here. The last time I came they had to redo my drink because I ordered something new & wasn’t a fan. She re made it willingly with no problem & still a great attitude. Thank you! Things like this goes a long way for me."
"I went this morning. Couldn't fund parking. Finally got in an was ignored for 15 minutes! Terrible! UPDATE: I am a dasher, as well as a customer. 2 young ladies were talking about personal stories when the store was so busy ..you couldn't find parking. On top of that, because I was with doordash, I was pushed to the side for them to help everyone in the store first, even people that came in after me! ALL orders should be handled in the order they are recieved!! My customer put in there order online before anyone there and it wasn't ready for pick up. Then it was even started until I was finally asked what was the name on the order!?!?!? Things like cost me time and money, and makes my customer upset! That's is not good for business and if it were my order I would be upset!"
"This Dunkin’ Donuts is BY FAR the best one in the area. We moved from Oakleaf to middleburg and still come here because of how amazing everyone is. The service is always on point and everyone is always so happy and so sweet. I absolutely love this Dunkin. I feel like management does an amazing job picking the employees ! I’ve never had a bad experience and that says a lot. Thank you guys for always being so awesome !!!"
"Absolute worst Dunkin in this area. I just placed an order and asked for a peppermint mocha hot and they handed us an iced one TWICE. We ended up just taking it the second time because we waited 30 mins already. These people are dumber then a box of rocks honestly. There was almost no cars in the drive thru and we didn’t move for so long."
"Best staff ever! Love every one of them! They know my order by heart, I never have any problems, my coffee is PERFECT every time! Best location imo! They should ALL get a raise!"
