"This was a terrible experience for a first time I ordered ahead due to busyness and I wanted over 20 min for someone to at least come outside In the line to see that I had and online order then proceeded to make it as if the were just now seeing it. That’s not the point of an online order I got my coffee then they proved to tell me that they didn’t have the bread for my sandwich and asked for a replacement and the 10 min go by still nothing I tried flagging people down at the window still nothing so I pulled off this was terrible."
"Wonderful ! We went through close to closing time. The young man working the window was kind and eager to answer my questions. We had the Carmel and a Dark Mocha Freezer, they were both so rich and delicious. We will be back when we come through town again."
"The service was quick and friendly. Breakfast bowls were full of grits, which was unexpected but they were delicious. Good coffee served hot. The chai has a syrupy taste and consistency, I would not recommend it."
"First time trying food at Ellianos. Their food were surprisingly tasty and fresh. I didn't get a coffee, but their sandwiches are definitely better than Starbucks, in my opinion. My only feedback would be to have a visual menu available before customers get to the order window, so they do not hold up the line"
