"Today, I had a delightful experience at My Tea bar. Reminded of my childhood tea room adventures with my mom. My friend and I were informed of various teas each with unique effects on the body. The staff's knowledge was impressive, and we left with a variety of teas and a charming teapot. My friend and I plan to indulge in tea sessions, enjoying the calming ambiance and peaceful conversations. Highly recommend My Tea Bar for a serene tea experience."

"My Tea Bar embodies the ideal place to get a high-quality tea: the selection of each type of tea (black, green, rooibos, white, etc etc) its wide selection of flavors under each type, its add-ins as well as the selection of caffeine and non-caffeine options, the proportions, the quality of each tea, and the guaranteed refreshment regardless of your choice. I think many underestimate My Tea Bar as more of a somewhat local bubble tea store and often have complaints due to these expectations, but I feel as though My Tea Bar is more garnered towards those who seek high quality fragrant and rich tea. It is for this reason that the service time takes a little long as there is normally one worker at a time making these quality teas under such a time crunch. But I quite appreciate this as it is this quality of service that I am paying for, as I value rich, well-made tea. Anyways, every drink I’ve tried from My Tea Bar has been excellent. If you like real milk tea or other floral, caffeinated teas with milk, I recommend any of the black teas (Morning Blend, Darjeeling, Assam) with almond milk and brown sugar. If you like fruit teas, I recommend the Peach Bellini or the Dragon Fruit iced with agave added. I’ve yet to try their Green teas but I’m very excited. The teas are about $7-8 with no add-ins, but I feel that this price is fair as the size of the cup is quite big; I almost never finish even when I thought I drank a lot. Not to mention the store is very clean and the workers are very kind. I highly recommend stopping by My Tea Bar for a little refreshment !"

"Was really excited to try this tea bar as there are not many tea places in Miami; drove 2 hours to get here during our trip and it was an utter disappointment. Firstly, there’s no prices on the menu; there’s everything but prices and they don’t tell you all the cost of add-ons until you asked or ordered. Secondly, the tapioca pearls were hard as rock or rubber; took a couple of sips and had to spit them out because… yea literally feeling like chewing an eraser. The lavender lemonade doesn’t taste like lemonade at all, but I don’t want to throw it out so I asked the staff for a thinner straw because the boba was way too hard to chew so I had to filter out the boba to enjoy the tea. The staff looked at me lifelessly and gave me another thick straw! I told them NO I wanted a thinner straw so I didn’t have to sip up the black rubber balls! No refund nor replacement not even an apology or sorry. It could be a 4 or even 5 stars review if the staff member actually understood the problem and seized the opportunity to rectify it. The Berry tea was OK (this one star) and the matcha was very earthy but at least it was sifted and whisked (thus another star). Also the 20%+ suggested tips are ridiculous and we didn’t receive any amazing service other than a robotic greeting upon entering."

"I really loved this place as soon as I stepped through the door. The Tea Bar is aesthetically pleasing with even a cute little swing for pics! I visit a lot of bubble tea spots and I have never seen such a variety of different tea flavors. It was refreshing. I had a Dragonfruit tea with popping boba and it was SO delicious! The staff were also extremely nice & helpful, making the experience even more wonderful. I only wish My Tea Bar was local for me!"
