"Food is good but staff have a hard time getting the order done right.i asked for a bagel with egg and sausage with cream cheese and they got it wrong twice in a row. Very disappointed."
"I have stopped going to DD because their service and quality of food has gone soo bad!! BUT... this location actually reminded me why I liked DD. Employees are nice and looked interested in what they're doing and trying to do their job the best they can, and they are doing GREAT!! Thank you, really, thank you for your decent, great customer service and the food was made right, with care, and good quality standards. Seems pretty basic, but trust me, every other location have zero people skills, horrible service, and the serve the food as if they're throwing out garbage. THANK YOU! keep up the good work!"
"Very clean and organized store. the coffee test fantastic, but they don't speak ingles. It is fine by me because I speak Spanish the real problem is the attitude of the cashier, I ask Spanish for some items and she says we don't have it but I could see it behind her."
