"Didn't get service. The 2 daddy yankee looking guys didn't even ask to help me or even ask to wait and be there a minute. They just ignored my husband and I. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes. One guy was playing with a cup the other slicing a bagel. Not one said hold on I'll be with you. Horrible customer service. Racist!!!"

They never have items when you order it & when you ask for something, they don’t know what it is. How do I ask for a parfait & you tell me you don’t know what that is!?? It’s YOUR menu item! "Pretty Decent Spot I'm Not A Starbucks Fan But My Wife Is. There was a line upon being served the wait was around 10 minutes Place was clean seating area was closed off, 6 ft distance in Effect no problems will Revisit and will recommend."

"Stopped in for a cup if coffee today while shopping in the mall. It was heavily crowded due to it being Black Friday. However, the staff was very fast and efficient. The light went down very fast and I was in and out within 8 minutes. Great job!"
