"Pembroke Pines, FL. I don’t do Starbucks reviews unless it’s over-the-top-great because I only accompany my husband to them but today we got exceptional service. Miguel noticed us waiting for our mobile order and asked what we were waiting on. Turns out my husband had placed it at a different Starbucks. With the best, genuinely kind attitude, Miguel insisted on making our order at no charge. He wowed our socks off! He was nice from start to finish. (Well we of course left cash to cover it and a tip.) We need more Miguels in the world. It’s a spacious Starbucks with 1 padded leather chair seating area, 8 small tables, 2 longer tables, and about 4 outside tables."
