"From my online experience, they've been on point and on time. the only con I would say about them is their colada. It's way too small and too pricey compared to other bakeries. Seeing all these negative reviews made me curious to go visit them in person. So, my husband went to get my usual order that I normally place with Uber to see if it's true what many say. Turns out, the reviews speak truthfully. Very poor customer service. Giving them 3 stars for at least getting my online order right. Such a shame, really."
