"They are NOT always open 24 hours a day and are often closed at night for no reason, lights off and everything. Not even a sign on the door. Beware"
"It's a convenience store, so what do you expect? Note their loyalty program will allow you to save 10 cents a gallon on gas and they're consistently in line with gas prices. But they've dialed up their offerings to include pretty good empanadas and hotdogs with all the fixings, plus pizza and too many items to mention on the roller grill. Beer is cold and priced really competitively. Store is usually pretty clean and well maintained, and just added the self checkout kiosks. Some good staff -- Carlson, Will, Anthony -- really make the difference when you visit. Some of the newer Racetracs have the self checkout option, but this one doesn't. It's not a deal breaker, as there's usually not much of a wait for service. Always competitive on gas prices."
"Tried using air pump for tires and it let air out of our tire instead of pumping. I went back in the store to ask what was wrong with the pump and they said no it hasn’t been working for a while. One gentleman said yeah we have quite a few people in seeing it doesn’t work what are we gonna do about that. And I said put a sign on it at least to tell people it’s not working. Then they didn’t have a solution. One guy said sorry we cannot do anything to help. What kind of customer service is this! Now with my tire flatter than it was before we have to find help no thanks th RACETRACK GASOLINE"
"Morning staff is wonderful, and the location is clean and well stocked. However...this location is not 24 hours. If you are going to advertise 24 hours...make sure you staff for 24 hours or adjust your advertised hours so that people know what to expect. Or simply put a closed sign on the front door. Easy fix. Staffing may be difficult right now, but communication is easy. Would never usually leave a low review like this, but after arriving at a 24-hour store to find it closed and the staff inside waving me off 5 - 10 times in a row...had to. Get your act together racetrac!"
