"If you need a coffee and donuts without good service this is the place."
"I’m not one to leave reviews but there always happens to be something wrong with my order every time I come here. They also use old croissants and bagels. The only time I’ve gotten good service here is before 6:30 am. Avoid the 7- afternoon rush they don’t care. I worked at a busy dunkin location for 2 years it’s not hard especially with the amount of people they have working."
"went here with my sisters Christmas Eve morning, i understand the holiday rush, and work in customer service myself, but we were spoken to so rude this morning. I’m not sure of the atmosphere inside, but there was no one infront of us through the drive thru. I was not handed a receipt and my order was getting confused by the women inside. Instead of re-pulling up my order on their screen, to review my order i was rudely yelled at several times by a woman asking me “what my order is”. She yelled this SEVERAL times. I told her what i had gotten and she still handed me the wrong coffee. I told her it was wrong and she proceeded to rudely tell me to give it back and “i should’ve told her the right order”.. She handed me two coffees, and i was still waiting on a hot chocolate. After getting yelled at three times, i then CALMLY said “i am still waiting on my hot chocolate”, the woman proceeded to yell again, “i told you to tell me what your order was”. Rather than yelling at a customer for their order, and then yelling again when YOU as the employee have forgotten something is ridiculous. Pull it up on your computer screen, re print and look at the receipt, or ask calmly. I never leave reviews but that’s behavior I’d expect in Miami, not Naples. Gross."
"Dunkin’ as always, was Dunkin’. The pumpkin spice latte is terrific. The doughnuts were fresh and tasty. The line at this one was long but cleared out quickly. Very nice staff."
"I waited almost 5 minutes in the drive-through line. When I got to place my order, I couldn’t hear the lady through the speaker. I drove straight to the window and she said I had to drive all the way around again, she was very rude not understanding. She finally let me place my order, extremely rude, horrible customer service. When I asked her for my receipt twice, she asked me to drive away. I did not get my receipt and was charged way more than I should have been for my order."
