"I ordered a caramel craze iced coffee with no cinnamon in it. Of course they took forever I was in line almost 20 minutes so I just paid and took my drink. I made it to work and finally get ready to drink and of course it was cinnamon in it which I’m allergic too. I repeated the no cinnamon at least 3 times and was insured no cinnamon. Lucky for me I looked before I took a sip. I also tried to call to express this issue and no one answered."

"I Am An Ex Employee At This Dunkin Donuts And I Was Only Employed 2 Months There Everything Was Great AT FIRST Besides All Of The Drama The Manager Has Going On (Marleen) But The LAST Few Weeks I’ve Been Telling Myself To Let Her Attitude Bounce Off Your Shoulders You’re Ok You Can Do This You Can Survive..But For Some Reason Wednesday I Couldn’t Take Her Attitude Anymore I Walked Into Work Late Because Like I Always Tell Her If I’m Late It’s ABOUT My 1 Year Old Son He Has Been Very Sick Lately And So Have I But Anyways I Came In And Said Good Morning To Her She Ignored Me So I Kept On Walking Put My Things Down And Went Straight To The Head Sets Because Drive Thru Was My Job So There Were No Head Sets Available She Had A Headset On So I Asked Politely Can I Have The Headsets There Aren’t Any She Answers WHAT? Just Like That With An Attitude. Idk What’s Been Her Deal Lately But She Has The Worst Attitude I’ve Ever SEEN. She Passed My Attitude. Idk If It’s From All The Employees Coming And Going Or What But I politely gathered my things and walked out I Couldn’t Take Her Anymore. That’s My View On This Job If You Wanna Get Hired Here and if you are a good worker, she’ll ask you to become this shift manager and never give you higher pay or never go forth with giving you the job."

"This place gave me 6 cold hash browns! Service is terrible somebody was taking my order & said hold on next thing you know it was another person taking my order saying oh were changing shifts! He could’ve finished my order! Then my order took forever to come I’ll never come here Again."

"3 People working nobody at the drive thru it was 8pm. Waited 5 min, and no one took my order. Drove around, went inside, and no one came to the front. Walked towards the pickup side of the counter, and they were there cleaning. Asked if they were open, and the guy was nice enough and said yes. So I asked for an ice coffee with 3 creamers, no sugar, and 2 pumps of mocha. What I got was a dark chocolate ice coffee. I asked the guy who served me how many pumps of mocha did the girl who made the coffee put and she said what was written on the cup. He said, "But how many ? She said again what's on the cup, I told him that it's way too dark for just 2 pumps, and she said I put what's on the cup.. then she didn't even want to serve me the 2 Boston cream donuts that he asked her to get for me.. I waited 15 minutes for the dang coffee and donuts... mind you, I was the only one in that store....... and it's not like they were cooking something for me.. they really left an impression of poor customer service and straight-up laziness"
