"I went there twice so far, one Sunday was noon time and There were not many people. The old lady who helped me was friendly enough. I ordered Matcha Latte with extra Matcha and add Vanilla Syrup to get some sweet. Sometimes matcha can be bitter. And she went extra miles with looking for a Florida mug at the back because I was looking for a Starbucks merchandise. I like the size of the place and it wasn’t so busy. They have outdoor seating as well."
"There is an old lady that works the drive through. She’s always rude and never gives us the correct ice water we order on the side with our drinks. We just don’t get it. She never apologizes and just rolls her eyes. Even after we spoke with the manager, nothing changed."
"I have been a frequent visitor to this Starbucks, primarily using it as a space to focus on my school work. However, during my recent visit, I couldn't help but notice some concerning issues that need attention. Upon entering, I observed water leaking from one of the bathrooms, which was a bit disconcerting. Additionally, my experience was further marred when I witnessed what appeared to be a tense exchange between the new manager and one of the baristas. The manager's approach was both verbal and loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was clear that the barista was trying her best to assist, making the situation all the more distressing. Despite these managerial challenges, I must commend the staff for maintaining a high standard of drink quality and efficient service. The beverage I ordered was enjoyable, and the speed of service was commendable. However, it is disheartening to witness such incidents, as they undoubtedly affect the morale of the baristas and, consequently, the overall customer experience. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues promptly, as a positive work environment is crucial for both employees and patrons alike."
