"Don’t order inside. 20 minutes for a bagel because they’re focusing on the drive thru"

"Every time I’ll order a bagel it’s barely toasted. It’s only warm and chewy. When you ask for toasted, you want it to actually be toasted. Also if I ask for cream cheese or butter on it, they barely put any on it. Barely. Today I threw away the item I purchased. Why because they didn’t toast it I don’t want to eat some chewy bagel and they didn’t have any of the spread that I asked them to put onto it on the bagel. It happens each and every time it’s sad that I have to tell somebody to actually put the stuff on it. The other problem with this location is they park you every order you give them. You have to sit out there and wait and if you actually order a drink you won’t get it when they bring it out they have to go back in and go get it. They love to park cars all the time. The manager she’s not a nice person at all. And I say this because I hear her talk rudely to her own employees including her customers. She needs to learn customer service. It wouldn’t hurt to smile with her. One of the ordertakers there she’s the best. Sweet kind always."

"I have been going to this Dunkin every single day for the last 6+ months. I love them. They make my drinks right every single time, their customer service is top notch. They’re always a great start to my days! This Dunkin is the only Dunkin I’ll ever go to again. I want to give a special shout-out to Knight and Loretha for being the absolute best!"

"The staff is always incredible at this location! They are usually busy in the mornings, but everyone there works hard to make sure each and every customer is taken care of and leaves happy! Miss Nikki helped us out this morning. She had such a great smile and positive attitude. She was just so pleasant to be around. Absolutely my favorite DD location!"
