"never had an issue with this dunkin’ donuts til i was helped by katrina. no customer service whatsoever, like how do you work for retail yet are the rudest person ever. literally forgot half my order and didn’t come back to the window 5 mins later asking what i was waiting for. then she brought my coffee, i politely said thank you and not a word she just shut the window. like please quit if you have your job this much. my bagel had cheese and bacon on one side of it. you ruin peoples day like this"
"Why is Dunkin’ Donut shop always empty? No one is ever at the front counter, and another time after waiting almost 10 minutes at drive thru had to park and go inside….hello? hello? hello? Is anyone there? Ok, a note to Corp or the Owner….please do yourself a favor and rehire a new team if you need revenue coming in your store because your customers are are not being greeted or attended to at either the drive thru or at the store and eventually end up leaving."
"Waited at the counter 12/15/23.. at 2pm. Nobody ever came up to serve or help me... so I left and went to Wawa right up the road. Do yourself a favor and go to Wawa for your coffee and donuts. These folks do not deserve your hard earned money."
"Such rude ladies at nite. Had to yell back for service then got the cold shoulder. Eye rolling and chai that’s 95% milk! Had to clean my own table no less. We were asked to leave 20 minutes before posted closing time. I’m supposing to clean the lobby but it is posted open until 8. We didn’t argue we just left. I’m can’t imagine it’s fun to work at DD they didn’t seem very happy…"
"Great coffee, all our choices came out with super yummy flavor. I loved the pumpkin chai latte, so sweet and creamy. They have a nice little menu now. With all sorts of options for breakfast. Sandwiches, wraps, bagels, croissants, and of course donuts. We opted for the avocado toast, and bagels at 2 for 4$. I loved the flavor of the everything bagel, just a tad chewy. But lots of cream cheese which was nice. Made sure to tip the staff, glad we stopped this morning."
