"I placed an order on the app, I get to the location the employee was nowhere to be found , I greet her when she comes in she doesn't say anything and then I get my drink and it was missing the whipped cream, caramel and drizzle, I guess I was bothering her so I just left at that point it just wasn't worth it."

I drive out of my way to come to this dunkin because the team is SO nice, so friendly every time I do this… which is like once a month! Thank you guys for all that you do.
