"I like coming to this Starbucks because everyone has always been friendly, so far, and they make my drinks right. Most other Starbucks kinda mess up my drinks. But they are super busy in the early morning, so if you order ahead you gotta do it like 20-30 minutes ahead. I usually order before I leave my house which is 15 minutes away and it was often not ready for another 5-10 minutes when I get there. Yikes. Not good if you're trying to make it to work on time! But just something you gotta keep in mind. They can't control how many people go here, the next closest Starbucks is in the malls. But definitely wish their parking was more adequate."
"Time and time again I order 30 minutes ahead of time on the app and end up waiting 15 minutes in the store to not get my order and end up leaving empty handed. Can’t approach the staff about it because they will ignore you or brush you off. Overall, left disappointed again"
"Good customer service, although very basic... without major impact on the consumer experience... I ordered a Mocha coffee with almond milk and it was very good, good flavor... The table area where we sat was untidy and dirty with crumbs of bread. The staff did not provide the service of having the table clean. The average experience to be a Starbucks."
"I ordered no ice today - and my cup was full of it. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered light/no ice and received a full cup of it, it’s nearly every time and I’m here almost every single week (sometimes multiple times). Really disappointing when you spend $6-8 on a coffee :/ they told me they were understaffed today so I understand and I didn’t want to ask for it to be remade. Whoever has been making my apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso lately, though - it is always delicious here. I’ve had it elsewhere ant other stores and it was never as good."
