"Staff is rude, I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, extra pumpkin cream foam. I was being charged for extra cold foam instead when the drink as default comes with pumpkin cream foam. I nicely mentioned my total was incorrect, the staff told me it’s extra. I mobile order this drink as well with extra pumpkin cold foam at no charge! The staff gave me a hard time about it"
"I went there to grab a sandwich and coffee, the service was very slow, knowing that they have many customers who work in the office buildings they need to add staff to make sure there are no delays in the orders at least during rush hour times. I waited about 20 min for my order."
"Jan/7/2023 Leadership needs replaced. This place runs on default. Shameless young un educated with customer service and coffee making. Rude to customers. I just got yelled at by a barista. Shameless. Girl with blue bandana is SUPER RUDE AND LAZY! TALKING RUDELY TO THE BARISTA. SHE NEEDS TO WORK AT MC’D LAY BACK AT THE COUNTER. TALKS BACK. THATS INSANE. Why oh why god??? Why is it so slow??? Why are employees talking to each other instead of making orders? It seems like starbucks just doesn’t care. Bad service. You can feel it’s not a corporate store. I swear my order said how to make it. Why do i need to repeat the order after it was made?"
