"9:51am Monday morning, not crazy busy. I order my tall dark roast. The barista asks if he can give me the rest of my change from the tip jar because he is short in the till. Bizarre. And on a Monday morning in an international airport?! Seemed like a weird attempt at a strategy."
"The service team is super friendly and eager to please! Kortney is an amazing Barista and should be promoted! She clearly cares about her patrons and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was superior. Today was red cup day and it was awesome!"
"One staff member just couldn't care less. She kept shaking her head at customers and had a bad attitude. Very long line and wait time. Food/coffee prep time was so long that people left without picking up their items. Staff started to tell waiting customers to take the left items if they wanted! I waited so long that I went to the counter to see ask if my coffee was one that was being given away. The counter person asked my name, shook her head, and gave me a look as if "I" was the idiot in this exchange. My coffee took another 5 mins from there! This idiot boarded a plane fly to another country to work while the server picked muffins for the rest of the day."
"If I could put zero stars I would. Worst Starbucks experience ever. All of the workers were prioritizing being on their phones and socializing with each other instead of helping customers. Took 10 minutes standing at the counter for them to finally take my order, even after making my presence known. It then took a ridiculously long time for them to make a simple drink. Horrible customer service and overall horrible employees. 0/10."
