"I had an extremely negative experience at the cashier today. Initially, I was told by a female cashier that they didn't provide oat milk, which was okay with me. However, another customer ordered a drink with oat milk and received it with whole milk. When she questioned it, the cashier responded rudely. Later, it turned out they did have oat milk. This location is always busy, and while we don't expect perfection, basic courtesy and accuracy are important."
"Ordered a double shot of espresso. I asked if it came with a lid, since I have a baby with a stroller and don’t want to spill. The guy making the drinks just said “no.” A girl noticed me and poured my drink into a bigger cup with a lid. Incredibly rude. I won’t describe this person but management probably already knows who he is. He shouldn’t be working with customers. (A girl had ordered a muffin and she asked this same employee if the muffin on the counter was a blueberry one. He just said “I don’t know.” Leaving the customer confused.) so rude."
"Dopio macchiato is two shots of espresso and two spoonfuls of foam. Please let your barristo know and she can keep her attitude to herself. The coffee cake was amazing!!!"
"I just got a “grutado” whatever that means in Nordstrom ebar language. I just asked for espresso with extra extra ice and I paid $5 for it. When I asked for a little tiny bit more milk. The barista stated, his exact words “ you don’t get more milk” when I said but “I want more milk” he legit spilled it all over while pouring it on purpose. His attitude and his argument was the most rudest I have ever witnessed at any coffee shop or Nordstrom store ever in my life. I would be better off going to Wawa. It’s crazy how Nordstrom ebar is hiring people with zero abilities to serve a customer that shops at their store. His name was pablo for those who want to avoid this encounter in the future. What was a nice mall trip turned into a horrible trip because of people like pablo. Very upset at this experience."
