"Poorly managed. This location just received a face lift and I was hoping with that maybe an internal shift. This location is right by my house but I’d rather drive to waters I tried the location twice since the reopening of the drive through. 1. First time I got stuck in the line because there was one person working inside Dunkin and they were using the bathroom so once everyone entered the line we were all stuck for 20 mins. Which is disgusting I understand we’re human and everyone has to use the bathroom but that’s the last thing you want to think about when ordering from a fast food location. If you had more than 1 person working you wouldn’t have that issue plus loosing out on about 5 cars worth of orders. 2. Next time I tried the location the employees are not following the steps to make the coffee anywhere else you get the same thing every time this location is just winging it the moment I saw my coffee I knew it was wrong. I had to take my coffee home and fix it."
"Food is ok but I just go for the "Charlie". It's a cold brew coffee made with almond milk, caramel swirl, sweet foam and cinnamon sugar on top. It's perfect when I need a pick me up."
"Extremely poor management Half of what is on the menu is never available. New item you can forget it this location will not have them. They make you ask to be given your entire order because they give you 1 item and tell you have a good day forcing you to have to repeat your order to get everything you paid for. The new staff needs to go!!! Bring back the old staff!!! And 9 times out of 10 your coffee will have 1/4 cup of coffee grounds at the bittom waiting for tou to choke on—- Today was our last attempt with this location!!"
"I ordered my ice coffee & asked for liquid sugar & she said they had none at the store (mobile order) so she asked if I wanted regular sugar I said “eww no” this little worker still added sugar I didn’t want in it & the bottom of my cup was full of sugar. Not cool at alll workers really need to understand coffee is important just as well as good customer service & we all work hard for our money to have our coffees done incorrectly isn’t cool"
