"Good service. My only complaint is the venti cups seem much cheaper than in the past. Half the time the top pops off and I spill the coffee. This was a problem before, but they doubled the cup because I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. It’s $3.48 for a cup of coffee… get a good cup."

"Friendly staff and inside seating is comfortable. The coffee is on par as the others. Saw a few students there hang out or work on their homework. Decent size, not too big, not too small. Update: It's the bogo day, and the wait time was about 45 minutes. Everyone works hard and still very friendly. However, my drinks were very disappointed. I ordered extra hot and got them warm. Also, the drinks were less than 3/4 full. So I brought one drink and break it into two cups???"
