"This is a very small Starbucks with very limited seating. Being in a busy mall the line was long. The girl taking the orders was preparing food, and making tea, which only made the waiting time longer. My coffee was good, but my original flavors were unavailable. I also had to order online after waiting to get my discount."
"I was in there on Monday I ordered a hot coffee with cold foam on it I've been drinking this for years when I received my drink and tasted it was ice cold when I told the women behind the counter she laughed at me and said it's because of the cold foam sorry.. did not even offer to remake it or anything worst customer service I've ever experienced with Starbucks and I will not be going back.. the server didn't even care. 9 dollars and change for a coffee and can't even make it right Starbucks get it together your st. "I was here for the free coffee special, it is a decent size store with plenty of parking. It was packed. The ordering line is long, but the staff is very helpful and efficient. The waiting time is 15 minutes but is understandable. I do see the barista got frustrated with the workload, however, the drinks that I got didn't drop the quality. 11/01 - Update: The service is great every time I am at this location. I got the free drink and I loaded up my drink to the limit. No complaint, no fuss."
