"Friendly staff but coffee taste was no bueno and my order was wrong, donuts were limited and looked sloppy :/ Maybe I just came in on the wrong day. I’ll have to give it a another shot at another time."
"This place hasn’t been open long, but EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there, our order is wrong. We order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich? They don’t add bacon. I always get the avacodo toast with bacon and more than half the times, they don’t add any bacon! They don’t forget to charge us for it though. Today we ordered an avacodo toast with bacon and 2 sausage egg and cheese pancake wraps and went home. They forgot my bacon on my toast, again, and it was burnt. Whatever. But then my boyfriend was eating his pancake wrap and there was a straw wrapper cooked into the eggs! So we called and they said they would remake our order, so we drove all the way back. My boyfriend went in and got the food and came back out, and no bacon again!! Then he went make in and the worker was rude and then put like 1/3 of one piece of bacon on the toast and was super rude about it and was like “that’s just how I make it.” That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Like an almost 2 dollar up charge for that??"
"I am a regular customer at Dunkin' Donuts, but I will never return because Kaylee was extremely unprofessional when I drove up to the window and she gave me my total. I asked how she knew my total was that amount (because the amount she stated was incorrect), and she replied, "Because that's how much it is," and then when I told her I had a mobile order, she closed the window and processed to laugh with a coworker next to her as if the encounter was a joke, then handed me the order, which was right next to her. Such poor customer service and a terribly sarcastic demeanor. NEVER AGAIN!"
"We ordered breakfast at 8:52 and didn't get it until 9:24. They ran out of croissants and kept forgetting orders. It was very busy, but they also had a lot of inexperienced workers."
