"We had an issue with our drinks the regular staff was so nice and was taken care of us. That's until the actual manager came over and started giving us a hard time about our allergies and asking all sorts of questions that should not have been asked to park guests. It doesn't matter what our allergies are if we say non-dairy oat milk and such. That could mean a person has an allergy. So that means don't put it in. But no your guys did put it in. And then you had to come and argue with us about it. I hope you get fired. But the rest of the regular stuff was perfect. Hopefully this manager doesn't ruin the rest. Don't remember her name but it was a she and we were there on a wednesday. Afternoon. And the past couple of weeks."

"I would think that Disney has a high standard for customer service, but I’m not so sure about this location. Came with family to get coffee. We knew what we wanted. The cashier had an attitude from the get go. It almost felt like she was making assumptions that I was going to take too long to place an order - which wasn’t the case. No one was standing behind me in line either, so don’t know what the issue really was. Thinking that my family is not fluent in English, unlike me, makes me feel bad for the tourists coming to this place, and having to face that :( The positive Stars are only for the phenomenal lady serving the orders. Everyone should learn from her. Made it actually pleasant after that uncomfortable cashier interaction that happened today in the afternoon."

"Well manage Starbucks. I was told the line was 40 minutes but it turned out to be under a half hour. Plenty of sugar packets and creamers which considering the volume is no small feat. The fun Disney atmosphere makes this Starbucks really special. Great quality coffee consistent with other locations. Hot chocolate was excellent."
