Dunkin' 13510 Cypress Glen Lane, Tampa, FL 33637

"I was here last week. For a single iced coffee. There was a family & a couple of people ahead of me. After observing the chaos in front of me " employees that did not take orders in a timely manner & not taking charge of the situation" I went outside & got on the drive through line. Even worse after waiting over 10 minutes, the lines in both places weren't moving. Very sad, and horrible customer service !!! I then proceeded to the FOWLER Ave store. What a DIFFERENCE!!! I was waited on & my coffee was in my hand in less than 60 seconds !!! I was told this is " Joe's ' store. Hi Joe, the employees need to wait on & ACKNOWLEDGE people & then keep it moving. Not that difficult. Hopefully it improves, but I will stay away & go to Fowler Ave for now."

"They always make a great cup of coffee! The staff is very kind. It's by all the offices so they can be really busy in the mornings but they are fast and efficient. Sometimes if the young man is on the speaker he will mess up the order but he's very sweet so if you reiterate what you want it will be made right :) The lovely woman in the mornings is the best, she always makes everything right! Highly recommend this Dunkin to anyone in the area!"

"Food: part of order was wrong but otherwise standard Dunkin fare. Service: took over 3 minutes just to be greeted. Atmosphere; Tables and floor were dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while as the spilled coffee had already dried. November 23 Update- They appear to be trying harder to keep the dining room clean."

"This is a hit and a miss for me. One day we went and the line was super long and we waited 15+ mins in the drive thru. Another day I walked over from a hotel and it was very fast. After our long drive thru wait we avoided the store and went to Wendy's - would have much rather have had DD. The food was typical of a Dunkin - we always get the sausage, egg and cheese bagel. It always seems like the bagel is somewhat rubbery and that was true again on this trip."
