This employee has made me a repeat customer just so I can experience here great attitude and customer service. This is the type of employee that needs to be recognized for their talent and dedication to the company they work for! Aleah thank you so much for being you and the amazing person you are. I hope your company recognizes the irreplaceable employee you are and gives you the praise you deserve. By treating people the way you do you will be successful at anything! Customer service at your level is not something you see any more any more and it is way take a business to the success they strive for."

"I had the luck of coming into this business with LaRon was working. I told him that my toddler was having teething pain and needed something really cold and fulfilling since she wasn't eating. He made the best recommendation and my 2 year old loved it. He was friendly and accommodating. He made every attempt to ensure he prepared what I wanted. This type of service is rare and priceless. My only recommendation is the manager or owner needs to upgrade their POS system. You can't add a tip at the terminal. Who carries cash? I think this is a grave injustice for employees like LaRon that goes above and beyond and patrons can't tip. So this is the best option available."

"IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB, DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND QUIT. I’ve visited this location before and it always takes so long to get your food but what do I know about the operation and time it takes to make it. Just visited this location and again, took over 20 minutes to get my wrap and smoothie . Not because it took that long to nuke my wrap but because our of the multiple workers, only one was running the register and making the food. I went in to check on my food after 15 minutes to see my wrap just then being made. The employee put on gloves to make my wrap (thankfully), “wrapped” my wrap and threw it into the oven/cooker and then returned to the register and KEPT THE GLOVES ON while touching the register. Another worker finally walked out and took my wrap out of the cooker within a few seconds/minute of it being in there and then started working on other orders. The first employee returned to my wrap, put it in its paper wrapping and put it in the bag. I have no plans on eating the food after the glove fiasco since he touched my food with the same gloves. I get to my car and open it up to this-poorly wrapped and cold wrap! “Why didn’t you ask them to remake it?” These kids clearly didn’t care to do it right in the first place, I had no plans to give them more of my time, I’ll be getting a refund instead. UPDATE: THERE WAS PLASTIC IN MY SMOOTHIE!"
