"We found Colsie Coffee & Bakeshop recently and LOVED IT. On our way to a Soccer match in High Springs, and desperately seeking coffee, I searched Google maps for coffee shops. Colsie popped up so we gave it a try. Everything was perfect! Pleasant staff, delicious baked goods, and excellent coffee choices. On top of that, it's dog friendly and we had a very nice customer and his 2 well behaved pups sit and chat with us. My wife and I loved everything about Colsie Coffee & Bakeshop!"

"This local shop was a great stop during our visit to High Springs! Try the Vanilla Coke brew with cream and the chocolate pretzels! A nice variety of cupcakes, muffins, and treats were available to indulge with your coffee. The inside was decorated perfectly for a coffee house but also a hint of history. It’s located right near the Main Street, so you can grab a coffee while you check out the local shops"

"The atmosphere is bright, calm, and cozy. Outside and inside seating available. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The selection of coffee and tea concoctions is awesome, but the best part is the Kookaburra coffee. Love that stuff. I’m very thankful for the gluten free and vegan options. I also love that they carry locally made gems to support local artists and artisans; putting money back into local community pockets. They’re obviously passionate about what they do and the community they belong to."

"Cute but nothing to remember. Was excited reading reviews and seeing pictures to try it out. There was no greeting or any enthusiasm or anything when I said it was my first time in. No boutique items, plenty of seating. With so many small businesses thats always what gives them more stars and what I remember when a place is empty. No Hi, how are you, we make things this way or that. Nothing. The latte was good, I sat outside enjoying the day so it was not terrible. Outside is not looking like the pictures either. Two wood picnic tables. Nothing fancy or inviting. Maybe she was having an off day. And maybe I will try them again."
