"Too expensive for the services offered, and no opt-out possible as a resident."
"Highly questionable value. Property owners are forced to pay $100/monthly, and there are over 1000 properties. That is over $1.2 million annual (>$100K/monthly) of funds received by the Clubhouse. This is a private Clubhouse, but yet property owners are forced to pay. Typically, private Clubhouses, when the customer feels they are not getting their money's worth they can stop the membership. That is not possible here, so there is little to no accountability their customers. Alternatively, community owned Clubhouses, have the oversight of the owners, to optimize the value back to the community. As this is not the case here either, there is little to no oversight by the community & paying owners (customers)."
"I went to this place for make a work but people is great. We fix some doors and we feel the care of the staff for maintenance of this beautiful place. My review is from the other side, not as guest, as contractor that appreciate the great quality of this Clubhouse."
