"Short trail to an overlook. Nice view. The side trails were covered in some water so wear boots if you want to navigate those."

"Nice natural area. The central trail was nice and dry, the other trails were quite muddy and I suggest boots for those. We saw a golden eagle, a belted kingfisher, and a native Florida butterfly orchid growing on a bald cypress tree right on the edge of the central trail. The tower was nice, with a mounted scope for viewing long distance. Someone had been there recently and was shooting a 9mm from the tower. We found casings and a live hollow point round under the bench in the center of the tower."

"This is a short walk out to a beautiful Florida Marsh area. At the end of the trail there is a observation deck with some nice views. There was a picnic pavilion that was very clean, the trail is marked. The trail is natural and after a heavy 2 days of rain it was still easy to navigate not too muddy in other words. Wasn't a large parking area but no one else was there anyway! There is a mounted binocular on the observation tower."
