"This store spent about a month without air conditioning! How can you have employees going through this heat of Miami! I witness a shopper pass out and ambulance was called due to the heat! The mangers Angel, Isel and Gretel are super rude to customers and the employees I don’t know how this company can hire management staff with no management experience or customer service experience!"

"Used to go here every time I needed greeting cards. Walked by the store tonight at 9:56 p.m., and thought, "Oh, I have time to quickly grab an item before they close," as the sign in the door states that closing time is 10:00. Walked up to the doors, and they were locked -- prematurely, as is the habit in this city. The two employees at the front of the store (sweeping the floor and counting cash) heard me attempt to open the door, looked over at me, and then proceeded to pretend that I did not exist. Not right, not fair, and not good business etiquette. Needless to say, this store will no longer get my business."
"Who doesn't love Dollar Tree? They have such a great variety of seasonal decorations. Many are quality items that cost a lot more at other stores. They offer great brand name snacks and party supplies. The store has such a variety of items you always end up leaving with an armful of items. Thank you Dollar Tree!"
