"I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding here 8/13/23. It truly was a great experience. The customer service was top tier. Kenneth Brooks was SUPER helpful and accommodating. We literally worked really well as a team and that doesn't come around often. Ronald Hilaire the chef did an amazing job with the food. There's a lot of beautiful venues but it's rare to find a venue that actually makes very good food that is worth every penny. Henry thr banquet captain was super helpful and friendly. I mean the staff overall was great. Whoever is the head of this team has done a wonderful job leading them because it shows. I hope to do more events with them in the future."

"I’m new to the sport of golfing and came to the Weston Hills country club to rent equipment and practice on the range. I’ve been here on two separate occasions and the first time was enjoyable for the most part. Staff was very friendly, and members even gave me tips on how to better my swing. Since the first time went so well, I decided to come again months later to see how much I enjoy the sport before buying my own golf set. The lady at the front desk was super kind; she helped us out with getting a rental set and cart so we can start heading to the range. After driving to the range, my colleagues and I couldn’t even practice for an hour without being hounded by the maintenance staff. We were greeted by an older white man that was disrespectful and ultimately ruined what was supposed to be a fun day. He constantly made sly remarks to us since we weren’t actual members. There was also a garbage can on the range that we figured would be used for garbage and he yelled at us and dumped the trash in front of our golf cart while expecting us to pick it up. After that last encounter, we returned the rental equipment and golf cart back to the front. Will never come back due to the disrespectful staff on the course and don’t recommend if you are new to the sport. Club needs to train their staff to handle situations better or just don’t hire people that have no experience working with customers."

"There is ONE rule about this club, no matter what department you call; golf pro-shop, events, membership department, or even receptionist or operator NO one will ever answer nor return your call. It’s a shame."

"Imagine they are asking thousands of dollars for a golf membership and the front of the clubhouse has trees being held up by 2x4 plywood like a trailer park. I’m embarrassed by the people who pay this kind of money for this management."

"Came in today for 18 holes followed by a delicious lunch. Amazing attention to detail on and off the course - many drink/food carts circling throughout span of the day. A bit busy so there were always people behind is. Also - the clubhouse had some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!"
