"The Gym manager is a horrible person. I have not been to this gym in a very long time, and I have recently moved to the area. I got a 3 day pass and the manager denied entry unless I buy a membership . He says that because I was a members a long time ago , I cannot work out to check it out not even one day without buying a membership now. I find this to be high pressure sales tactic, and just flat out being unkind to the public."

"Switch from Planet Fitness to LA Fitness since I always heard really good things about it. Did everything online and finally went for the first time to the cutler bay location. What a disappointment, it is a place full of outdated, rusty, dirty equipment. Floor looks all dusty and needs a lot of fixing. The Cutler Bay La Fitness was a huge bad first impression. For the money to be paid it did not seem worth. I decided to go to a different location and what a difference. Will stay with this company but nothing to do with the cutler bay location."
