"I've gone there a few times only drive through. Melanie or Melody, not sure which one is it. She is amazing, her customer service skills are incredible. I have another Starbucks closer to my house but I still go to her only. She should be there example on what an exemplary employee should be. She is a great asset to this corporation. Keep up the amazing job and you'll have me as a customer forever."
"Waste of time and money at this Starbucks. Staff treat customers as if the customer needs to be grateful for them instead of just being nice. Told my husband and I to wait in the parking lot and never came. We went inside and our coffees were sitting there getting cold. Super rude and ridiculous"
"I feel for this Starbucks because you can tell this spot is severely understaffed. For the most part they have a few regular workers that are very kind but everyone else just hates their job for what I can tell. I also don’t think they’ve ever heard of ambiance music, because they blast the music here! At all hours of the day, the music is blasting some times to the point where you can’t hear the person in front of you. I just wish management was more aware of these things, it’s really killing the spot."
