LAUNCH Trampoline Park Doral

"We had a party at Launch. It is a nice, new facility. The trampolines are in great condition. The arcade has plenty of good games. Hot dogs and pizza were good. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We were helped by Alejandro and Jennifer. I will for sure go back."

"Do not go here… Will never be back at this place the staff is so arrogantly rude and the girl working at the register needs some kind of help or learn the manners but in a business they have no typical sense not to show attitude to the customer and they rip you off for money!! It’s all money money for these people.. I hope this helps the business to better up them self"

"Had a bad experience at this place. My daughter was hit in the face with a ball from another girl playing inside and then the girl continued to hit another little girl in the face as well. The kid in the 1st picture was not at his station at the time when both girls got hurt and were crying. We complained to the manager in the second pic. that's behind the counter and with the same dumbfounded face that he shows in the pic. he did nothing about it. He didn't ever offer ice to the girls who both their faces were red and swollen. I would be concerned as a parent when you bring your child to this place at Doral. They both should be fired."

"First time going to Launch for my six year old. It’s relatively small, we usually go to Urban Air Trampoline Park which is much bigger and a lot more activities for a much cheaper price. Just wanted to try something new, but was a bit disappointed. My son enjoyed it but did say Urban Air was much better. Has a zip line that you fall on inflatable but it’s very small. The playground is also very small, the trampolines are very nice. The one thing I did not like is there is no security or protection for the kids walking out of the building."

"Our next summer adventure with kids take us to LUNCH Trampoline Park with a category 4.4 an (482 ) review The place has everything you need to have a fun time with family and friends, it is large and with enough space in each jumping field, a cafeteria with all the food cravings you want to eat or drink. My group was made up of 26 students, the only person who took good care of us was the one who received the money, because the other 7 who were with her were more interesting to talk to each other than to attend to my group. One of my students had an accident where his throat received an impact with a compressed rope that should not be there, the person who was in charge of that field was more concerned about his phone than what happened to my student since he put his phone away and behaved like now what happened, my wife had to go in because the other person who was nearby didn't react either, like they solve it and don't bother me. We have visited all the trampolines in Doral and we have never seen a service like this and it is the first time we go to lunch trampoline, I do not recommend it."
