"More closet space than floor space for stretching. They have signs saying keep 6 ft apart, but all the equipment is so close together. The gym has older clients and the benches are old and heavy, making it hard to move. Male staff/trainer blew off a visitor trying to get a workout. Wouldn't answer door or phone. Positive note gym was clean"

"Can I just tell you that I LOVE this gym!!! It has everything I need for a challenging, full body work out AND I can work out when it’s convenient for me! I never have to wait for equipment, I never feel like it’s crowded…the members are respectful and considerate. The personal training is stellar and reasonably priced. The owner, Shane, is friendly and supportive of the members and our health and fitness goals."
"This gym is so clean. There are bottles of spray and rags provided for each guest when entering. Shane was really helpful and always takes great care of us! Really relaxed environment. We love it!"
"I love this gym! It’s spotless as far as being clean. It has all the equipment I need and I never have to wait to use the machine or weights I’m wanting to use. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Shane is the best! I would highly recommend trying it out, you will want to become a member!"
