"These guys have been absolutely slammed, I’ve been getting their help making a very specific dimensions box for an international shipment. The night crew guys here rock! I’ve seen professionals hustling to keep customers happy, and keep lines moving. They just had two dozen people flood in back to back and they were quick and polite with each person! Including my package, which took away one of their crew to work on it. With just two guys, they kept the store moving and kept people happy. Great local store, they rocked and helped me with my shipment"
"I’m an artist, and since this UPS location is so convenient, and employees always extremely prompt, kind, amazingly helpful, and using their service is much more economical and simpler, to rely on them for all printing or mailing needs. All employees are also friendly and trustworthy. Yesterday, I walked in with a room full of customers, and it was a joy to see how quickly the room cleared."
"Horrible experience at store 1823 in Plant City fell short is the term, the team member at the desk was very dismissive and rude I was at the store at 8 AM August 16, 2023. The only associate in the store said that he was the manager when I ask for his name. He asked me why and I told him that I was gonna make a complaint or, and he began to get loud and state that he was not gonna give me his name in a intimidating fashion don’t ever use the store. If you’re in a rush early in the morning face was in his phone the whole entire time I was being handled. No name,antagonistic and at the front desk? Update after owner’s response wich very dishonest there was no we involved as you suggested in your response he was the only person in the store and there was absolutely no arguing he raised his voice once I asked for his name and that was after the transaction was complete you as a owner must learn to hold your employees accountable and stop the subpar services up front I have a video as well and it’s not nice to tell lies on customers that are just being honest!No accountability at this place."
