"We walked into the store after a long day of searching for furniture. It was very near closing time, but we wanted to search out one last place before calling it a day. Adam was so nice! We only planned to stay 15 minutes (closing time) and Adam said " Don't worry, I will be happy to help you. " Now that is great customer service on a Sunday evening. There were so many choices! We have always heard that Hudson's was expensive, but quality does cost more. At this point, we are still weighing all of our options, but want to give Adam Saracina a high five for being so patient and understanding. We will be back in soon. If not for a couch, perhaps tables. Who knows!"

"Madison provided great service and support on our initial visit to Hudson’s. We had an issues with a few pieces of furniture and she resolved them to our satisfaction. She follows up with new info throughout the sales/delivery process. We have been back to consider other items and her knowledge and service remains impeccable."

"Salesman had no name tag and didn't tell us his name. He was very helpful, but when we were through discussing our order, I said wow that is going to be $3000.00! He then showed me a sign that listed a dining set for $900.00 and said that our order would be closer to that amount. I wish he would have been realistic, because the order came to $3000.00 and then the manager got it down to $2999.00. Yippee...lol.We did love the selection and being able to customize our order, which was amazing! Fred handed us a card on parting and said, "Here. ,my name is on the card's...really!?"

"Absolutely horrible experience. When I came into the store originally I was promised that the furniture would be thoroughly checked upon delivery for any defects, well that was a LIE. They had dropped the boxes in my living room blocking the front door entrance and the kitchen entrance. Very convenient for their customer! Besides my delivery being scheduled for 1pm and arriving at 8pm, making me wait 7 hours and using up my whole day. I also had a flight tonight which I will be missing because of Hudson’s furniture horrible customer service. Another great thing was the delivery guys refused to remove their extremely dirty shoes and left black dirt marks on my brand new floor. Very professional ! In conclusion, do not shop here because you will be absolutely misled from the second you walk into the store. I do not plan on ever buying anything or ever speaking well on this company. Hope this prevents you from the problems you will be encountering when you shop at Hudson’s furniture."
