"I had my hands full and one of the associates offered me a basket to help! Very friendly hard working staff! I've never been treated so good at a Dollar store!"

"I just had the worst experience at this store. The cashier was rude crude and socially unacceptable. I am shaking by what just happened. I went in for regular coupon shopping. When she rang me up the total came to $37. I knew that wasn't right. I tried to tell her but she too busy talking instead of listening. So then she applied the coupons and the balance was to high. So I decided not to get it and asked if I could help put it away. She said no. I went to my car added everything up and the total balance shouldve been only $27. So I went back inside and explained this to her. She becameupset but rang everything up again without coupon and it only came to $26. She lost it. She beat me getting mad about it. She belittled me and became irate. I literally had to tell her to calm down. Needless to say of course I did not purchase the items. I will take myoney to a much more courteous Family Dollar."

"This Family Dollar Store needs to be closed down by the Health Department. I have never seen so much dust, dirt and filth in any store. The floors and aisles were filthy and disorganized. I can't imagine anyone buying any item that has to be eaten from there, not even candy. Even behind the counter where the cashier stood, was grossly dirty and filthy. Total shame, total disgrace. The prices were not reasonable enough for me to overlook such filth. I did ask the manager on duty why was the sore so filthy, especially the floors. Family Dollar needs to clean up their act. By the way my daughter even saw a roach running in one of the aisles."

"This store is one of the worst family dollar stores that I know. There is bad customer service there. Very unprofessional people that work there. They don't ever hardly have what you want, wrong prices on products or no price at all.Their chips aren't fresh, the food is old and they still keep it in the store. The health inspector needs to be called in."

"I love Family Dollar and this store is conveniently located. However... There's usually at least one member of fringe society attempting to aquire goods without payment, to put it nicely. Constantly dealing with the people who think the bus station is a party spot has taken its toll on the manager's spirit. Her will to protect her wares has begun to overpower her natural desire to provide excellent customer service. This has resulted in all customers being treated as potential security threats. If you are offended by being chaperoned through the store, I don't recommend you visit. The more sophisticated of shoppers might find it most delightful, as having a personal guide to aide you is rather helpful. Also, don't let the managers battle hardened stare alarm you. She is a victim of society, a product of her environment. Her scowl is the spawn of the atrocities committed against her. If your not part of the solution, your part of the problem. So next time you point a finger at someone, remember that your your pointing three back at yourself."
