Burger King

"Came though the drive through of this location several months back and spent almost 20 min in the drive through just to get to the box to place my order. It was well over half an hour before finally getting my order, and when I did get it, the fries were cold. It had been late and close to closing time, and the burger was at least fresh, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Tonight, after receiving some coupons in the mail, I decided to go back and try again. When I arrived there were 3 cars waiting ahead of me at the box to order. It was around 7:10. Over 20 min later, one car had left, one had finally been pulled forward, but myself and the car in front of me were still waiting. I finally got irritated and just left as well, noting that the time was 7:38. I had wasted almost half an hour and hadn't even gotten to the window to place my order yet. Who knows how long it would have taken if I'd actually waited. I would not recommend this location and will not be back."

"I’m very upset as they were rushing me to place my order and I had to repeat my order more than one time then when I get my order, my order was wrong and I ended up with mayo on my sandwich after I repeated no mayo two times and I’m allergic to mayo. The whole inside of my burger is completely burnt black, so it taste like nothing but charcoal I’m very disappointed in the service from the woman who was at the window who seems like she was high on drugs, and couldn’t comprehend anything that I was saying, and then tried to end my order before I was done ordering I tried to call the restaurant three times to try to see if they could fix it because I was on the road driving and I had already made my way 20 minutes away from the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. I’m very disappointed in the service that I received today and I am now sick from them not making my food properly."

"I just went throught this drive-thru. I placed my order, gave my card to pay and the cashier just glared at me when she gave my card back. I said thank you. She continued glaring at me and pointed to the next window. I go to the next window and there she was again, just standing at there glaring at me. It was really creepy. Another lady came to the window and handed me my food and was "extra chipper" and seemed off because she was "too" chipper and giggly. I checked my food when I got home. My chicken sandwich was burnt and had a wad of hair in it. Thankfully I looked before I ate it. I'm not sure what I could have possibly done to make these ppl upset with me, but I will never go to this Burger King again. And as a helpful note to the person running this establishment, there are cobwebs and bugs in the drive-thru window. It makes me shudder to think what the kitchen might be like. Would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely the worst experience at a fast-food restaurant I've ever experienced."

"This location's Burger King looks like a neighborhood after a riot or after having been abandoned! This establishment in the daytime looks rundown and dirty. At night it looks cold dark, and scary. This Burger King always has a long line in the drive-thru especially since they closed the inside, and have only two employees working, one a cook, and one working the drive-thru. A couple of times while in the drive-thru, and after waiting several minutes for someone to speak, I was told the grill was down, they were only selling chicken, and that their grill caught fire, and was out of order. Employees are not happy and are seemingly worn down as a result of working conditions per my conversations in passing. The owner of this Burger King establishment needs to pay attention to the reviews and to the establishment and turn everything around!!"

"The order was taken fast and delivered quickly. Staff was friendly and competent. Dining area was very clean and safe. Classic Chicken Sandwich was fresh and crispy as it should be. Onion rings were great. Soda was very good. Not too syrupy or over carbonated. A perfect meal after a long day at work."
