Dunkin'

"I ordered a half dozen donuts. The staff member did put on gloves, however, when they handling the food, they were also handling a personal handheld fan. It instantly took my appetite away, however, due to my personality and avoidance of conflict, I still bought the donuts. I am not one to complain, but that to me is a health concern, as I have no idea where that personal fan has been and what bacteria or germs it has on it. It could get customers ill."

"This place always has the worst service. I mean, all Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants do, but I’ve had multiple horrible experiences with this place. It has been multiple times where I have placed an online order. I stop by 10 minutes later, sometimes less, and the order just sits there while the employees are talking in the empty store. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches at 7:30 PM, when it wasn’t busy. The employees are completely rude on top of that. After I sat, the lady just put the food down and didn’t tell me it was ready, AND she was TRAINING! Their food is never ready, they sound nasty over the drive-through speaker, and the app always states that something is in stock, but when you get there, it is not. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks across the street. It might be just a little bit more expensive, but at least the service is exquisite compared to this place. Starbucks isn’t even that much more expensive than Dunkin’. In one year, their large coffee increased by at least two dollars. It was barely worth the price, but it was. I’m not impressed with this place. Go somewhere else."

"The bagels have obviously just come out of the oven because they were so very very fresh, along with a decent selection available. The gentleman at the register was very friendly however I did ask that I only have a little bit of cream cheese put on these missing babe and only everything they will just make as normal and neither one toasted. Making a bagels for both bagels had a huge amount of cream cheese on them and eat everything toasted."

"Ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts, they were put in a bag. So now my donuts are stuck together and the top one has barely any chocolate since it was stuck to the bag. Buy the boxes, do better. And how about giving out some napkins, would that hurt the bank too much?"

"Let's see I ordered bacon egg and cheese as shown on the receipt which whatever it is what it is but then they wanna be shady and ADD a charity charge without even asking me. I have no problem donating to things but ask don't just do it!! I won't be going back to this location. I wonder how many other times this has happen. I normally don't take the receipt but today something just told me to."
