"Typically I come here every morning, $ normally the staff is really sweet. Some even know my order by me just saying 3 words. The guy you guys had working drive through today November 9th around 1:25 in the afternoon.. was absolutely atrocious. The attitude and snobby mannerisms from jump was distasteful to say the least. Initially I had asked for cream and sugar in my drink. When he read back my order, I then reconfirmed he got my liquid sugar, at the window I reconfirmed he got my cream to which he said he can’t go back and change the order… Okay.. not gonna argue with ya. Clearly you’re having a bad day. But to receive a nearly black drink, and then have to come home and use my own milk and cream to try to make it taste better was ridiculous to me. I didn’t pay 5 dollars to have to come home and remake my drink. Period. I was going to let it all go until I heard him cursing through the window. Now im a young adult. I really do not care what type of language you use within ear shot of customers, but you get an elderly person coming through there listening to that. You gonna have more issues to work through than just a negative review. Be classy, not trashy~ ❤️"
