"Great welcoming experience here! Darlene was kind, patient, and knowledgable about the products I was interested in. She was not overbearing or pushy which is something that really turns me off about other furniture stores in this area. The store was clean and contained a variety of quality looking pieces. I can't rate the delivery service or quality of my product just yet, but the in-store experience so far has been great which is something that is very important to me. There are some furniture stores that I dread going into because of the staff."

"We had a great buying experience, our salesperson was knowledgeable and the perfect balance of attentive help while not hovering or pressuring. We went in for one item but with their offer of 24 mons same as cash we ended up going ahead and buying other items we had planned to buy in the near future.
