"Terrible experience. I went there to buy shoes was about to purchase them when they told me I could rent paddles to receive an in store a credit towards the shoes - I figured why not. When I went to return the paddles and purchase the shoes the person told me that she had told me false information. And in-fact I could not use the credit towards the shoes. To make matters even worse they asked me to come into the store, then told me that she needed the owners permission and could not honor the credit… Finally I received a call stating they would not honor the credit towards the shoes. So I’m left without the shoes I wanted to purchase, $40 out of pocket and having visited the store twice to receive false information. Lied to and then dishonored…"
"While the staff is nice and the selection is great, a place that doesn’t let you return or exchange shoes is not worth it. Even though there is a sign posted, no one verbally tells you that. If you don’t notice the sign and your shoes don’t fit, then too bad. I bought my second pair there that turned out to not have enough support. I wore them once. It wouldn’t have mattered if I never wore them. Bad policy."
