"Hialeah Entry Fountain is locates at East Drive, Okeechobee Road and 4th Avenue. The Fountain is a landmark in Hialeah - very peaceful, tranquil and serene - This intersection is just a real circle jerk! Cars, Busses, Trucks, Motorcycles are ALWAYS speeding in all six directions! Gotta keep an eye open around here! If not - you’ll get flattened out by a truck!"
"Entrance Plaza is a "monument " of sorts. It has a fountain and landscaped garden. There is plenty of shade for the homeless to sleep under too. You can't go inside the structure either. It just sits there taking space."
