"I came to the store on January 14th, 2024, to buy my wedding heels and Juan took care of me. The care was amazing, the shoes are beautiful at the store. However, when I ordered the shoes with Juan at the store everything went south. I was supposed to receive the shoes with UPS January 22nd, 2024 not only did ups lose my package x2, when it was found the shoes were missing two diamonds in which I called Jimmy Choo for an exchange, no apology was given, no sense of customer service. I sent it back to them and they fixed the shoe, I finally received the shoes today 02/14/2024 almost a month after, this was NOT a custom order, it was the Saeda 100. I am beyond upset on the customer care in behalf of Jimmy Choo."
