"I love this gym! Staff is super nice and friendly. They remember you and especially if you’re new. They always check in on me and ask if I need help with anything. I am not worried about bothering the staff, they are always happy to help. As a woman and an extremely introverted person I feel at ease here. Very women friendly and positive environment. I feel safe working out here at all hours. Also 24 hours which is great if you want to workout super early or super late. Very clean. Great equipment, they have a turf room and the women’s bathroom is equipped with nice products to use too. Even if you have sensitive skin. Definitely come here to workout. You won’t be disappointed."

There isn't a time limit for using the treadmills and this is the only pitfall of the place as rarely you wait in line."

"This is the best gym in town! Mike & Jillian took great care of me from the start. Gym is so clean, locker rooms and showers spotless and updated equipment all over. Also has a great area for functional fitness. Definitely recommend coming here. On top of it all it’s open 24 hours and provides clean towels. Can’t beat that service anywhere. Definitely come here!"
