"Over 45 years experience. I should know. This gentleman worked with my family in the shoe repair business back in the early 70's. They were about quality back then and glad to see it remains that way. I recently brought a pair of colehans for full sole and heel replacement. It was nothing short of receiving a brand new pair in return. Quality quality quality, that is what I look for ......and found it."
"I took my expensive leather jacket for repair. All he need to do was sewing with the same color of jacket but he used different color and bad sewing. When I went to pick up I ask why you used different color of thread he said he didn’t have and if I want the same color I have to go to China. I ask you when I came if you have the same color of thread you said yes. I paid in advance for you to do it a good job and if you didn’t have the same color you should it called me and let me know but he didn’t. So I don’t recommend this store because he does what ever he wants without consulting with you first."
"Doesn't do leather alterations, and only speaks Spanish. I brought in two items to be looked at and they took a look at the first one (a leather jacket) and the guy rudely turns around and walks away saying "no no no" before looking at the second more important item ( regular pants that was not leather) and wouldn't even bother looking in my direction to try to understand me. This was rude, the lady I was trying to communicate with was nice, but the guy was rude and I'd ever send anyone here in my life."
"The stitching on top of my relatively new Clark shoes had a tear, and while this repair shop had mixed reviews I gave it a try. They did excellent work fixing the stitching in two hours, same day. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in Kendall in need of shoe repair. Mr. Polo was very courteous and responsive to my needs. Thank you!"
